Graham Doerge is a seasoned behavioral health executive with more than fifteen years of experience leading recovery, mental-health, and wellness initiatives. Drawing from both lived experience and deep operational expertise, he brings a rare blend of empathy, strategic clarity, and systems-level insight to every client and organization he supports.
Before founding Rapha Health Advisors, Graham served as CEO of New Waters Recovery, where he launched a first-of-its-kind detox and clinical assessment center in Raleigh, integrating medical, psychological, and wellness services under one roof. His work is defined by a commitment to personalized, human-centered care and a belief that healing requires custom, flexible pathways rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Lance Robinson is the Co-Founder of Rapha Health Advisors and a seasoned professional in the addiction and mental health field with more than 13 years of experience guiding individuals and families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. His work is deeply personal: Lance’s journey into this field began with his own recovery from addiction, an experience that reshaped not only his life but the lives of those closest to him. Witnessing the profound need for compassionate, comprehensive, and family-centered care, he made it his mission to provide the level of support he and his family once needed.
Before founding Rapha Health Advisors, Lance created and operated a luxury sober living house in Manhattan, where he set a new standard for high-end, recovery-focused living environments. This experience reinforced his belief that individuals heal best when supported with structure, respect, privacy, and world-class guidance.
